Paris Saint-Germain and Jordan Brand Prepare New Takes on the Air Zoom Renegade and Zoom 92
The Parisian football club brings its signature flair to two of the Jumpman’s latest lifestyle models.
Gearing up for fall football, Paris Saint-Germain and Jordan Brand have prepared two more collaborative silhouettes: the Air Zoom Renegade and Zoom 92. Following closely in the footsteps of the duo’s highly-anticipated Air Jordan 4, both pairs offer a dark, rich color scheme that conveys Parisian elegance and is adorned with club-specific details.
A hybrid runner/trainer, the Air Zoom Renegade offers a thin black TPE upper that’s coated from heel to toe in various tile-like white patterns. A large perforated black semi-circle rimmed with gold trim on the lateral quarter increases breathability, while special PSG branding runs down the eyestays and is stamped on lateral collars and heels alike. Dual-colored EVA foam midsoles with a thin contour plate and Air Zoom Alphafly NEXT%-like Zoom Air pucks in the forefoot round off the look.
Meanwhile, the Zoom 92 serves up a heritage basketball-inspired look that mixes pieces of the Air Jordan 7, Air Max 180 and Air Force 5. Light and dark gray tones meet on the base layer, with black nubuck forefoot overlays and bordeaux Swooshes providing contrast. More bordeaux appears on tongues and throats, with a special PSG badge stamped on the heel and a fabric hangtag on the quarter. A gray midsole with its own forefoot Zoom Air setup supplies a finishing touch.
The Paris Saint-Germain x Jordan Brand Air Zoom Renegade and Zoom 92 are scheduled to release on the Nike webstore come October 10. The former is priced at $140 USD, the latter at $150 USD.
