HUMAN MADE FW20 Is an Ode to Vintage Ivy and Americana
From felted varsity jackets to denim chore coats to collegiate sweaters.

HUMAN MADE has just unveiled its Fall/Winter 2020 lookbook. The new collection follows the label’s Western-influenced SS20 lineup from back in January, adding splashes of vintage military and Ivy-inspired styles to HUMAN MADE’s expansive catalog.
Garments like felted varsity jackets, denim chore coats, knit sweaters, wide chinos, rugby shirts, wool coats, olive puffer jackets, cargo pants and baseball shirts are but a few noteworthy examples of this season’s assemblage. One highlight is a short-sleeve button-up with a Mandarin-collar, constructed with a semi-relaxed fit. Popping out from its white cotton base is “DRY ALLS” embroidery, the label’s slogan, that mirrors font styles often used by old Chinese-migrant-based businesses in North America. The piece comes with tonal frog buttons and twin chest pockets to round off the design. Other highlights like the olive polar-fleece zip-ups, gray terry sweatsuit, patchwork shirt, satin half-zip pullover and a hotdog pillow finalize the eclectic collection.
