The Air Max 95 sports a mix of contrasting materials, like denim, mesh and leather. A woven “air max” patch logo is placed at the top of the shoe, complemented by black laces and sleek lime-colored ripstop eyelets that cover the forefoot. Sitting at the uppermost panel of the sidewalls is white mesh, followed by beige, gray and black denim, respectively, while smooth nubuck appears along the heel and toecap. In contrast, the Air Max 90 comes with a much lighter color scheme. A fluorescent pink “Nike” logo is embroidered over a cream-colored tongue, matching the tones of the upper quarters and toebox. Offsetting the beige palette is a set of dark denim panels that cover the sidewalls, including the Swoosh, and the mudguards. All of these details rest over a finely tapered midsole, coming with an essential Air sole unit for optimal comfort and support.
Denham and Nike’s Air Max 95 and Air Max 90 will be available on September 25, 10 p.m. EDT on Nike’s website for $180 USD and $160 USD, respectively.
