P.A.M. Goes "UNDER_GROUND" for FW20 Collection
Referencing subterranean subcultures and ecosystems.
Paris-based label P.A.M. has unveiled its Fall/Winter 2020 collection titled “UNDER_GROUND.” The new seasonal range is heavily inspired by what is going on below our feet, referencing “creative ecosystems and subcultures” that exist under ground.
Showcasing this influence, the FW20 collection from P.A.M. features graphics inspired by cave dwellers and stalactites. Additionally, the daisy appears as a frequent motif throughout the collection, reinterpreted through fur and appearing as a floral pattern on camouflage items.
The collection is summed up by the slogan “Into the Eternal Darkness, Into the Light,” which appears on T-shirts tote bags. Other key pieces feature a patchwork aesthetic, with designs from other items appearing as pockets or panels on T-shirts and hoodies. The collection’s accessories also reference the daisy motif, with bags featuring the furry and the camouflage versions of the floral pattern.
