Our Legacy Debuts Printed "Hands" Collection
Featuring imagery from the label’s in-house artist Hank Grüner.
Swedish label Our Legacy has unveiled a new capsule titled “Hands.” Designed by the label’s in-house artist Hank Grüner, the collection features printed T-shirts and shirts that have been designed using techniques including screen-printing, digital-printing and embroidery.
The imagery used throughout the collection has been inspired by a range of different reference points, covering hands themselves, album covers, NBA All-Star jerseys and Man Ray’s photographs of hands. Speaking about the collection, Hank Grüner explained some of these influences, “Just as in basketball, which has been central in my life, drawing and painting is centered around the ability to perform with your hand without ever looking at it. It is a rhythm”
