On Cloudnova Releases in "White/Violet" and "Silver/Orange"
Two vibrant new colorways for the hybrid running-meets-lifestyle silhouette.
Although On is already regarded as a purveyor of some of the world’s finest running shoes, the Swiss brand has stepped into the lifestyle market in 2020 with its new Cloudnova — a sneaker that recently released in “White/Violet” and “Silver/Orange.” Combining a chukka-like cut with patented CloudTec cushioning technology, both of these new Cloudnova colorways offer an appealing amalgamation of lifestyle looks and athletic performance.

A women’s makeup, the “White/Violet” blends an airy base with pops of rich retro purples and greens on the tongue, laces, heel and forefoot. The men’s “Silver/Orange” style uses an ever-so-light grey base, and embellishes it with earthy orange and green accents, plus a few dark grey pieces for effect.
On logos are present on each lateral quarter panel and tongue tag, with the foot secured by a two-part lacing system that wraps across the top of the foot before dropping down onto the toebox, where it’s secured with a large strip of fabric. Midsoles combine On’s bouncy CloudTec circles with a Speedboard strobel for a cushy-yet-responsive feel, and contrasting outsoles round off each look.
The On Cloudnova “White/Violet” and “Silver/Orange” are available now via the On webstore, and each is priced at $150 USD.
