Nike Adds Multi-Color Flyknit to the React Presto
To create the new-yet-familiar React Presto Flyknit.

Nike Sportswear has given its React Presto a material upgrade to create the new React Presto Flyknit. Retaining its original shape and tooling but discarding a standard synthetic upper in favor of multi-colored Flyknit yarn, the React Presto Flyknit provides an alternate, sporty take on the popular lifestyle sneaker.
Two colorways of the new style have been presented: “Black/Vast Grey/Fire Pink/Black” and “White/Gum Light Brown/White.” Each uses a multi-color knit upper with a 3D glasses-esque mix of blues and reds, but the former’s yarn provides a darker tint while the latter is on the lighter side of the spectrum. Although semi-translucent midfoot cages take on the same hues, the shoes diverge once again on the branded hits, heel pieces and collar trim thanks to one’s use of black tones and the other’s equipping of white accents.
Despite all the slight differences, there’s plenty of room for similarities as well. Heels add five colorful dots, insoles proffer a cloudy P graphic, midsoles are sculpted of cushy white React foam and outsoles are made of recycled NikeGrind rubber to complete the look.
The Nike React Presto Flyknit “Black/Vast Grey/Fire Pink/Black” and “White/Gum Light Brown/White” are both available now on the Nike webstore. Each is priced at $140 USD.
Moving to another Nike branch, Nike SB has released “Dark Obsidian/Hyper Jade” colorways of the Nyjah Free 2 and the Bruin React.
