Aiming to encapsulate the DNA and history of the club, Manchester United and adidas has taken inspiration from the club’s crest for its 2020/21 home strip.

Taking influence from the intricacies of the yarn-stitched application onto the shirt, a fine graphic print results in a unique pattern upon a classic canvas. The name of the club can also be seen in the print, visible through the use of different red tones.

Featuring adidas’ latest HEAT.RDY technology – a cooling innovation that allows its wearer to perform in all conditions – the kit is accompanied by white shorts and black socks that also feature the threaded design.

Manchester United will debut this new kit in their UEFA Europa League last 16 second leg against Austrian side LASK on August 5.

The kit is available to buy now from the adidas webstore and the official club website, while a global release is set for August 11.
