JJJJound x New Balance 992 Receives Global Release Date
After a JJJJound-exclusive drop at the end of July.
After a surprise release and subsequent instant sellout at the end of July, JJJJound and New Balance‘s duo of made in the USA 992 collaborations are now set for a global drop. The Justin Saunders-helmed, Montreal-based brand/design studio is both a master of minimalism and purveyor of premium quality, a duo of initiatives that are on full display across these two collaborations.
Done up in either rich forest green or an earthy brownish-grey, both styles use a monochromatic mix of mesh and suede, contrasting lighter-toned bases, mudguards and other accents with darker suede detailing on the midfoot for a subtle yet stylish look. New Balance midfoot logos appear in ultra-dark grey, reflective pops are present throughout the upper, and a JJJJound spellout logo hits the heel — the only indicator that these styles are indeed collaborative. Instagram archive page-approved cream laces and two-tone ABZORB midsoles round off each look.
You can expect the made in the USA JJJJound x New Balance 992 collaborations to release at global stockists like mita and END. on August 7. The MSRP for each pair is set at $260 USD.
