Medicom Toy Taps mastermind JAPAN for Handcrafted Karimoku BE@RBRICK
A smooth finish on rare walnut wood.
mastermind JAPAN, Karimoku and Medicom Toy have teamed up for a premium BE@RBRICK figure, a follow-up to the BABY MILO collab from back in May.
The new BE@RBRICK is individually handcrafted by specialized artisans. Made from rare walnut wood, the figure boasts smooth grain patterns rich with irregular swirls and curves. Much of the piece has been kept clean to emphasize the wood’s natural pattern. A lightly faded nose appears on the figure’s blank face, complemented by mastermind JAPAN’s skull-and-crossbones motif on the body, resting just above the label’s logo on the waistline. Karimoku’s calligraphic Kanji signature is engraved onto the back of the piece as the finishing detail.
The mastermind JAPAN x Karimoku x Medicom Toy BE@RBRICK 400% will be available on August 1 on Medicom Toy’s website for $3,410 USD.
