mastermind JAPAN and Suicoke Prep KAW Sandal in Camouflage Tones
Dropping July 10.

Japanese imprints mastermind JAPAN and Suicoke have come together once again for the pair’s eight collaboration. The duo has repurposed Suicoke’s KAW sandal again, this time applying a camouflage design to “Olive” and “Beige” sandals. The pairs follow on from last year’s release, which carries over some details onto this new drop such as skull embroidery.
In true mastermind JAPAN form, branding is everything. As a result, the label’s signature skull motif appears in a metallic gold-tone and is embroidered on top of the foot strap, while more house design cues also in gold grace the side. mastermind JAPAN’s skull and collaborative branding appear on black patches that contrast against the muted camouflage hues found on the sandals’ upper.
The base of each sandal is served in either “Olive” or “Beige,” continuing the color palette that has been used for its respective camouflage print. Inside the sandals’ strap you’ll find a perforated suede lining, while back on the outside, you’ll find two adjustable straps making for a more comfortable and personalized fit.
Both pairs are finished with a Vibram sole unit that sports both the Vibram logo and Suicoke branding on the footbed. Take a look at mastermind JAPAN and Suicoke’s latest KAW sandal pack in the gallery above. Pairs are due to release on July 10 on mastermind JAPAN’s website in limited quantities.
In other news, Dior’s oblique sandals have released in black.
