Colorful Overdyed and Printed Canvas Reworks Maison Mihara Yasuhiro's OG Sole Sneaker
Complemented by a white-hued melting sole unit.
Maison Mihara Yasuhiro revisits its OG Sole Canvas Low sneaker with the release of two color-blocked overdyed pairs and one printed version.
The overdyed sneakers feature an upper made from bright alternating colors on different segments of canvas, defined on the upper thanks to crisp white topstitching. One offering adopts an “Orange/Teal/Purple/Burgundy” colorway, while another goes even brighter with a palette consisting of “Orange/Purple/Gold” canvas.
In contrast to these two pairs, Maison Mihara Yasuhiro presents another OG Sole Canvas Low sneaker in a printed canvas look. This offering features randomly placed printed patches of black ink over beige canvas, which gives the shoe a cow print-like aesthetic.
All three pairs sit on top of a handmade Maison Mihara Yasuhiro original sole, which looks like melted rubber. They also have a cushioned insole that’s printed with the imprint’s signature “Wearing Instructions,” and a tongue that sports the MMY tag.
Take a look at all three Maison Mihara Yasuhiro OG Sole Canvas Low sneakers in the gallery above. Pairs can be bought on HBX, with prices ranging from $360 USD to $385 USD depending on the fabric used.
