Jacob & Co. Billionaire ASHOKA Watch Features over 189 Carats in Diamonds

Adding to its lineup of diamond-encrusted timepieces, Jacob & Co. recently introduced its Billionaire ASHOKA Watch.

An updated take on the 18 million USD Billionaire watch famously purchased by Floyd Mayweather, Jacob Arabo’s latest creation utilizes ASHOKA Diamonds by William Goldberg. The proprietary diamond cut is named after the legendary third-century warrior and one of India’s greatest emperors, King Ashoka Maurya. Apparently less than one percent of all rough diamonds even possess the potential to become an ASHOKA.

Covered in the extraordinary exclusive diamonds, only one of the Billionaire ASHOKA Watch will be produced and cannot be duplicated. The total carat weight of the stunningly unique piece is over 189 carats. The entirety of the watch including the case, bracelet and clasp is covered in 62 precisely-cut ASHOKA diamond facets.

Accenting the rectangular shape and rounded corners is a skeletonized caliber, JCAM09, tourbillon movement. The is handcrafted and equipped movement consists of 167 components and 19 jewels, with a 72-hour power reserve. Finally, a rose-cut white diamond on the crown finishes the design of the incredible Jacob & Co. timepiece.
