Nigerian artist Rema has shared a new single titled “Ginger Me,” which follows “Rainbow” and “Beamer (Bad Boys)” from earlier this year. The song was conceived following a chance encounter with UK-based producer The Elements, taking them on a late-night studio session that resulted in the track.

Over the past year, the 20-year-old artist has continued to exemplify his well-deserved rise, delivering on his idiosyncratic sound that spans everything from Bollywood to trap, Afrobeat, and pop. Last year he showcased his attention-commanding direction with his breakout EPs, Rema, Rema Freestyle, and Bad Commando. Outside of his solo efforts, Rema recently teamed up with 6LACK, Manny Norté, and Tion Wayne for “4AM.”

Listen to “Ginger Me” below.

For more music news, 6LACK has announced a new EP titled 6 PC Hot.
