Watch the First Clip From 'Justice League: The Snyder Cut'

Ahead of DC Comics’ FanDome, we now have our first look at Justice League: The Snyder Cut.
Coming courtesy of star Jason Momoa on Instagram, the first real clip of the fabled “Snyder Cut” Justice League helps tease the upcoming release of the version on HBO Max in 2021. In the accompanying caption, the actor wrote, “The best part about being Aquaman is that Zack Snyder created me so I get to see all this awesome shit before anyone. Here’s a first-ever peek at Zack Snyder‘s Justice League. Snyder also shared the clip on Twitter, telling fans to expect more at the upcoming DC Comics FanDome event.
In the first look, we see Gal Gadot‘s Wonder Woman exploring some kind of dark ruin only discover a prophecy regarding the arrival of Darkseid. Accompanied by ominous narration, the clip ends with an FX scene showing the arrival of the supervillain.
The release of Snyder’s reportedly darker take on the film comes after fans continually voicing their interest in seeing the director’s true vision of the Justice League. According to reports, the project is still in progress and will include new FX shots to round out the originally intended story.
