Nike SB Zoom Bruin Goes Classic with "White/Team Orange" Colorway
Inversing the Swoosh’s signature orange and white shades for an ultra-clean look.

After re-working the Adversary into a skate-ready silhouette, Nike SB has readied its SB Zoom Bruin in a “White/Team Orange” colorway. Inversing the Swoosh’s signature orange and white palette for an ultra-clean look, this Bruin is sleek, supple and subtle — yet still ready for any and all summertime skate sessions.
Uppers are built of a durable tumbled white leather and branded simply, with nothing more than small embroidered orange Swooshes on the lateral quarter, Nike spellouts on the heel and an orange-equipped fabric tongue tag. Tongues themselves feature an exposed foam construction in the vein of the SB Blazer, while eyestays offer toothed trim reminiscent of the Cortez. Rubber midsoles house a heel-loaded Zoom Air unit for impact protection, and gum outsoles are built from a grippy rubber for enhanced board feel.
The Nike SB Zoom Bruin “White/Team Orange” is available now at retailers like Sneaker District and END. The MSRP is set at a copacetic $75 USD, a veritable bargain in today’s market where skate shoes can often be priced around — or north of — $100 USD.
If you’re looking for a shoe for lampin’ instead of skating, Vans has released mule-style iterations of its famous Old Skool and Slip-On.
