Canada Goose Reinterprets Nature Through Light for Spring BRANTA Collection
A five-piece capsule that explores light, art and function.
Canada Goose has unveiled its Spring 2020 BRANTA collection, a five-piece apparel collection inspired by the natural world.
BRANTA is a concept built on exploration and delivering an aesthetic focused on nature. This season the collection embraces the season’s lighter days, seeking inspiration from The Art of Light, through reflectivity, adaptability and craftsmanship, in partnership with Brooklyn-based light artist James Clar.
From military-inspired quilting to innovative fabrics, premium trims and reflective detailing, the new collection is all designed to be layered and worn as a system. The Canada Goose diamond and reflective double stripe have been reimagined to merge both art and science, with the length between the reflective stripes inspired by the distance between the troughs on the wavelength of the electromagnetic spectrum of light.
