As we transition to warmer temperatures, Nike is offering its beloved Air Max 97 with a tinge of orange. The silhouette’s upper first arrives with a division between “Black” and “Metallic Silver” — the former landing on the leather and mesh mudguards, while the latter makes its way on to the piping and eyelets against a white mesh base. Vibrant hits of “Total Orange” can be found laid over the entirety of the air bubble, plus on branding details like the mini panel swoosh, tongue check and pull tab embroidery, creating a very minimal yet evident contrast in color. The model is rounded off with a matching white midsole and laces, producing a pristine finish.
The Nike Air Max 97 “Metallic Silver/Total Orange” is available now on Nike for $170 USD.
