adidas Consortium joins forces with retailer Extra Butter to revamp the sportswear company’s minimal SC Premiere sneaker and the comfy adilette Slide. Putting a vintage revamp to the classic footwear, the pack embraces cozy cable knit details with navy and red stripes.

The SC Premiere retains its straightforward aesthetic with a predominately off-white colorway. Paying tribute to heritage sports, the first cable knit Primeknit™ wraps around the sneaker’s collar and wavy upper, while gold accents mark the EB and trefoil branding on the tongue, heel and insole. Meanwhile, a red/navy tag and jacquard heel stripe, along with navy panels help give an upscale feel to the rest of the tennis-inspired silhouette as it rests atop a thick midsole.

Continuing with the heritage theme, the adilette Slide embraces the off-white tint throughout the shoe. Elevating the everyday pool essential, the cable knit panels cover the entire bandage upper with embroidered red/navy stripes substituting the 3-striped branding. The sandals include a contoured footbed and PU sole, with debossed co-branding on the heels.

The capsule also includes a vintage-style wool cap featuring a felt patch logo and a leather strapback. To complement the release, authentic cricket balls highlighting an “Extra Butter Sporting Club” graphic will be included in purchases while supplies last.

The Extra Butter x adidas “Cableknit” collection is expected to drop exclusively at Extra Butter’s webshop on Tuesday, April 21, followed by a global release on April 28.
