Stussy Unveils New Skate Video 'How Original'
Directed by Jared Sherbert.
Following its dreamy surrealist Spring 2020 video campaign seen back in January, Stussy has returned with a brand new feature, this time signing on a slew of talented riders for a full-length skate video.
Dubbed How Original, the new video stars some familiar faces like Diego Todd, Charlie Van Lent and Jesse Alba — OG skater Lance Mountain even makes an appearance. Directed by Jared Sherbert, the video begins with opening credits that mimic the style of old cinema, followed by short cuts of Diego Todd and Charlie Van Lent looking through a narrow fisheye lens. Next, a series of classic tricks like ollie-manual transitions, boardslides, kickflips, heelflips and grinds are performed against a sunny suburban Californian backdrop. Other riders featured in the video include Cyrus Bennett and Aaron Loreth.
