Pharrell Williams' $17M USD Beverly Hills Mansion Is up for Sale
Take a look inside the 17,000sqft pad.
Singer, rapper, producer, footwear and fashion designer Pharrell Williams is selling his Beverly Hills mansion for almost $17m USD.
Williams bought the mansion from the actor-filmmaker Tyler Perry in 2018 for $15.6m USD, meaning that the asking price will make for a considerable profit for the multifaceted star. The mansion’s price tag isn’t its only talking point, however, as it is a visually striking modern sculpture on the Los Angeles hilltop.
The exterior is clad in glass and is surrounded by a waterfall pool, a grotto, rock sculptures, numerous terraces, a sports court, a 30-car motor court, and 17,000sqft of space that overlooks the canyon below. Inside the house are 10 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, which are connected by a marble staircase.
