OAMC Crafts Multi-Colored Quilted Hood Coat & Zip-Up Jacket
Colorblocked outerwear.
After presenting its minimal Spring/Summer 2020 lookbook, Luke Meier’s OAMC has returned with two key pieces from its expansive lineup. Highlighted are a quilted hood coat and zip-up jacket, glossed in satiny nylon materials detailed with intricate vertical quiliting.
Both jackets are dominated by a rich charcoal blue finish, complemented by a series of asymmetrically paneled pop colors. The Quilted Hood Coat is cut with an elongated build that ends just past the knees. It sees a semi-oversized fit with contrasting white drawstrings at the waist for cinching. At the top of the hood is a silver-toned zipper that can be opened up as a rear flap, complemented by snap-buttons at the front. As a final touch, beige and yellow strips are placed at the left sleeve, while a bright red panel is placed at the bottom right part of the hemline. The Zip-Up Jacket is a shorter, more cropped counterpart to the aforementioned piece. Instead of snap-buttons, however, it comes with a two-way central zip closure, and instead of a hood, it boasts sleek collars. Rounding up the details of the piece is a scooped hemline, offering a slight touch of sartorial refinement to the understated garment.
The OAMC Quilted Hood Coat and Zip-Up Jacket are currently available at H. LORENZO’s website for $3,025 USD and $1,585 USD, respectively.
Most recently, 1017 ALYX 9SM has dropped a sleek crinkle-effect nylon shirt for SS20.
