Michelle Guerrero, better known by her stage name, Michi, has released brand new visuals for her single “Night Moves.” The LA-based artist has only just made her solo debut last summer, departing from her former alt-rock band Private Island. After releasing songs like “Catch a Feeling” or “Still Feel U,” the singer has been known for her smooth, bubbly indie-pop sound, and her latest track is no exception.

Measuring at a little under the three-and-a-half-minute mark, the song is steeped in a blissful nightly groove. Singing in both English and Spanish, Michi’s unique vocals blend seamlessly with the slow, funky basslines, while lush airy synths set the tone of the mellowed out feel. Accompanying the track is an artful video laced with choreographed dance and scratchy lo-fi cuts that take you back to the good old days of ’90s MTV. While the track alone seems enough to earn a spot on your music radar, Michi’s effortless dance and silhouette grooving in the video make for rich visuals that are all-the-more worthwhile.
