Che Ecru Offloads Velvety R&B Anthems "PROVIDE" & "FALLING"

If there’s one voice in the world of silky-smooth R&B you need to lend your ear to, it’s Che Ecru. The independent up-and-comer has been shelling out quality for years, dropping off various loosies on his SoundCloud account, equally releasing various EPs such as 2019’s Ghosts Need Love 2 and 2018’s Pain Pack (Raw). After lending his talents to Bryson Tiller’s “Patient” last year he’s continued to lay down his hot streak of releases, now returning with a brand new single pack titled PREJECTION.
Self-produced by Ecru, the two singles — “PROVIDE” and “FALLING — spearhead a silky-smooth direction, equally showcasing his diverse approach to the genre. On “PROVIDE,” Ecru brings out a more nightclub-ready anthem, ushering in lyrical poetics about love and lust over a bouncy 808-heavy backdrop. He contrasts this sound on “FALLING,” sculpting out a sultry love-making ballad that spotlights his untouchable vocal range.
