The Cast of 'Friends' Set for Reunion Special to Launch HBO Max
Will the gang reunite at Central Perk?

According to reports, the original cast of Friends is set to come together for a reunion special to help launch HBO Max. Already spending more than $400 million USD to secure the NBC sitcom from Netflix to be a flagship series of the HBO streaming service, WarnerMedia has now reached a pricey deal to reunite the iconic cast of stars.
Reports also note that negotiations for the special took several months and that each actor is set to make $2.5 to $3 million USD for the special. Although not much more is known about the reunion at the moment, the event will see Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry and David Schwimmer come back together for the unscripted event.
The reunion special is set to debut alongside all 236 episodes of Friends when HBO Max launches in May.
