Diplo & Trippie Redd Share Grisly Alternative Music Video for "Wish"

Diplo is revisiting his 2018 EP California with an alternative music video for the collaborative Trippie Redd track, “Wish.”
The new visual sees a totally different creative path, starting with the change of setting from the original luxe mansion to a warehouse. Redd starts off the clip by “murdering” versions of himself using VFX and is accidentally killed by a stand-in when the minor stunt goes wrong. The crew working on the music video panics and attempts to call an ambulance, however the director suggests they keep rolling and instead wraps his body with a trash bag, eventually throwing his deceased body over a bridge.
