Dior Spotlights SS20 Collection & Daniel Arsham Collaboration in New Campaign Video
Showcasing the “Future Relic”-inspired accessories.

Dior and Kim Jones have unveiled the campaign for the house’s Summer 2020 collection, with a video celebrating the pieces designed in collaboration with Daniel Arsham. As well as the collaborative items, Arsham’s work is also referenced with the “Future Relic” take on a DeLorean featuring prominently throughout.
The collection celebrates Dior’s history, with motifs including the Lily of the Valley flower (a lucky-charm of the house’s founder), as well as the Dior Oblique Canvas and a series of graphic patterns. Another key theme of the collection is the tailoring, which has been reworked to focus on light and supple fabrics, while a gray and blue color palette extends throughout the pieces.
Continuing the “Future Relic” influence from Arsham’s work, jewelry features Dior logos with time-worn cracks and crystals are used on the earrings. Lastly, the collection features brightly-colored new sneakers and transparent boots that nod to the footwear worn by Arsham when working in his atelier.
