The Porsche 911 serves as the inspiration for the design of the Acer Book RS, incorporating the legendary car’s sleek lines, subtle details and premium materials within the laptop. To launch the product, Acer has announced the ‘Ready for the Change’ campaign, which sees the brand select inspirational individuals from around the world who embody the values of the collaboration and possess the drive to stay at the top of their respective industries in today’s competitive, fast-paced world. These ‘Changers’ symbolize the perfect balance of performance and drive, and possess a mindset that ensures that passion and efficiency are at the heart of everything they do.
The first of these young professionals is SHAVONE. She’s a multi-hyphenate who works as a model, musician, activist, and self-described disruptor and is the epitome of the high-functioning creative whose persona and personal journey embodies the spirit of a true Performance Changer.
The laptop itself boasts a 14-inch, full HD IPS touchscreen with the richest color and tones courtesy of a 340 nits display, while under the hood the Acer Book RS carries an 11th Generation Intel® Core™ processor and Intel® Iris® Xe Graphic verified by the Intel® Evo™ Platform to ensure highest level of performance at all times. This setup is powered by a 56Wh battery that ensures up to 17 hours of continuous use, while fast-charging capabilities provide four hours of use after just 30 minutes of charge-time.
