Styles P Recalls Unreleased Collaboration With Mac Miller and Pharrell
Initially set to appear on Miller and Pharrell’s joint mixtape, ‘Pink Slime.’

Styles P has revealed that he has an unreleased collaboration with the late Mac Miller that’s produced by Pharrell.
The LOX member recalled memories of the joint track and shared them on social media. “I have a song with Mac Miller I never heard,” he wrote. “I believed Neptune’s produced it ..I don’t know if it came out and I missed it or they never released it. Would love to hear it.” A fan then replied with a screenshot of an interview Miller did in 2015 where he confirmed that the track does exist, and that it was meant to appear on Miller and Pharrell’s collaborative project, Pink Slime.
The joint tape first came to light in 2012 with two singles entitled “Onaroll” and “Glow,” but the project was never released in full. “I would always tell [Miller], ‘Who cares that they know? Why is it not an amazing gift that you know this about yourself so much so that you do these things?’ And that was the question he could never answer,” Pharrell told Vulture in a December 2019 interview. “It was the question I don’t think he was gonna be able to answer. He was so focused on that quest that he really didn’t have time to answer. He wanted people to know and I think people knew, but there was no way of saying it in a really unified, loud way that would make him go, ‘Oh, okay, so you guys get who I am. Okay, cool, great.’ The albums did well. It’s not like they weren’t telling him then, but I don’t know if he was ever gonna hear it.”
