PUMA Recruits Wizkid to Launch Suede Classics FW20 Collection
Modelling three colorways of the staple silhouette.
PUMA has announced the launch of its Suede Classics collection for Fall/Winter 2020. To mark the arrival of the collection, PUMA has partnered with Nigerian musician Wizkid, who is the face of the collection’s new campaign.
Throughout the campaign, Wizkid sports the PUMA Suede in three classic colorways. The silhouette — which first released in 1968 — appears in a classic black upper with either a white stripe or blacked-out stripe, while the final colorway features a khaki upper and white stripe.
Announcing the campaign, PUMA described Wizkid as a “truly truly innovative and exciting artist in the music scene, Wizkid embodies the passion and hustle we look for in someone to represent PUMA.”
Take a look at Wizkid’s role in the Puma Suede Classics FW20 campaign in the gallery above. All of the sneakers are available now at select stockists, while the “Triple Black” colorway is exclusive to JD Sports.
