PRAS THE BANDIT Taps Wolfsloth for Bold Tattoo-Inspired Capsule
Featuring Tibetan tiger prints and traditional weaving techniques.
Singapore-based label PRAS THE BANDIT has called in tattoo artist Wolfsloth for a concise capsule livened up by striking graphics that nod to the artist’s distinctive sensibilities.
Featured in the capsule are striking tiger motifs and crosses emblazoned over a set of T-shirts, short-sleeve button-ups, jackets, shorts and other accessories like hats, rugs and bandanas. The prints, with its highly detailed stripes and sleek curves, are reminiscent of Tibetan artwork of tigers, which the brand describes as signifiers of maturity, growth and rebellion. One noteworthy piece is a Hawaiian shirt decorated with dandelions, tigers and a mythical creature that resembles a tiger and a dragon. It comes with a semi-boxy fit, contrasting white buttons and notched lapels as a finishing touch. Other pieces like a reversible jacket crafted using an Indonesian weaving technique called tenun lurik, a tiger rug, a bandana with a psychedelic print and a camo field jacket round off the concise assemblage.
