KRAKATAU Experiments With Textures and Technology for FW20
Combining science and innovation with clean, minimalist designs.
Russian label KRAKATAU has followed up its recent collection of technical outerwear, with its Fall/Winter 2020 offering that continues to combine both science and innovation with clean, minimalist designs.
Continuing to experiment with materials, textures and technologies, KRAKATAU’s field jacket boasts rip-stop fabric that’s bonded with gamma-resistant non-woven Tyvek material, while down jackets have been crafted with foil-coated translucent fabrics with printed membranes. A range of liner jackets also arrive and have been covered in waterproof woolen fabric that’s been laminated with a unique breathable membrane.
For additional warmth, graphene-based insulation and natural down enriched with artificial cocoons with a quick recovery structure also feature in this innovative collection.
The full KRAKATAU FW20 collection is available to buy now from the brand’s webstore.
In other news, Fendi and K-Way have given the latter’s classic windbreaker a luxury makeover.
