Rick Owens continues his line of lace-equipped “TECUATLSpring/Summer 2020 sneakers with the release of two reworked Geobaskets.

Available in “Black/White” and “White,” these Geobaskets take from the designer’s signature motif for this season’s runway collection. Owens has added laces and metal hardware all over the sneakers, forming a geometric pattern across the toe box, vamp, tongue, as well as all the way up-and-around the neck of the shoe and upper heel.

Both pairs are given a set of chalky-brown laces, contrasting the stark tonal colors found on the Geobasket’s buffed calfskin leather uppers. Elsewhere we see a full-length medial-side zipper in silver-toned hardware, a canvas tongue tab, a robust dog-toothed sole unit in “Off White” on both pairs, and graphics on the inside of the tongue in true Owens form.

Take a look at both of the Rick Owens Geobaskets fresh from the “TECUATL” collection in the gallery above, and pick up your favorite colorway from retailers such as SSENSE for $1,480 USD each.

In case you missed it, here is your best look yet at the Valentino x Onitsuka Tiger Mexico 66 SD collaboration.
