READYMADE Opens Raffle for Entire Diesel Red Tag Collaboration

Returning from its recent collaboration alongside Samuel Ross and his A-COLD-WALL* imprint, Diesel’s experimental Red Tag offshoot has now teamed up with Yuta Hosokawa’s READYMADE for its fifth activation.

Continuing to exude its unique emphasis on reconstructed vintage textiles, READYMADE has opted for an array of reworked denim fabrics outside of its normative vintage military scope. Limited to just 250 one-of-a-kind pieces, the capsule includes six pieces in total: an intricately patched-together Western jacket, utility jacket, two pairs of jeans (a wide-legged silhouette for men and a tapered silhouette for women), a duffel in READYMADE’s characteristic style, and a hat. Speaking on the collaboration, Yuta Hosokawa shared that “fashion can contribute to environmental destruction. Considering the global environment and sustainability, we have created a collection with Diesel using a large number of old denim items.”

Diesel is currently hosting a special raffle site from January 22 to January 29 for those interested in scoring a piece. The prices of the various pieces range from ¥49,500 JPY to ¥528,000 JPY (approximately $450 USD to $4,820 USD).
