Luke Meier’s OAMC shook up the runway at Paris Fashion Week with its Fall/Winter 2020 collection, continuing to push the boundaries of technical design with its evolved take on workwear. Aptly reinforcing ts minimalistic pedigree, HYPEBEAST caught a closer look at the brand’s latest backstage, including newly-bolstered outerwear offerings such as oversized trench coats, the brand’s recently unveiled adidas Originals Type-O6 collaboration, tailored shirting, and a bevy of accessories.
Continuing to exude blue-collar hues, OAMC delves into its characteristic armament of elevated workwear — hefty wool trenches, padded liner jackets, and understated shirts mesh alongside a range of headwear and bags, poncho-styled offerings, and more. Loose trousers in neutral tones are further met by vibrant box-toe loafers and the recently-announced adidas Originals Type-O6 collaboration, the latter which can be found in three unique colorways: the inaugural grey colorway, a green iteration, as well as a beige iteration. Standouts from the collection include various tops and outerwear that have been emboldened by vertical stitching throughout, with a variety of printed pieces and knit-textile offerings that look as if cut from antique rugs.
