NOUNION Concentrates on Creative Construction for FW20 Collection Three

London-based label NOUNION has released its lookbook for collection three of the Fall/Winter 2020 season. Going beyond the basic ideas of duality, the collection explores the concept of immortality by challenging norms through “building and destruction in the context of evolution in its pure form.” Focusing on ideas of transformation, the latest range embraces asymmetrical constructions and experimental silhouettes.

Coats and shirts sport uneven collars, while a selection of pants feature zippers, ties and button fastening, creating unconventional silhouettes with a deconstructed aesthetic. Traditional varsity and track jackets are elevated with mixed fabrics and contrasting detailing. Elsewhere, neon colored graphics take over button-downs and long sleeve shirts. Highlights of the collection include a long trench coat with front panels, a two-toned corduroy jacket in red and an asymmetrical sweatshirt with exposed stitching.

View the lookbook in the gallery above. The collection will drop later this year on NOUNION’s website and at select retailers, including Selfridges and Browns.

In other news, Greater Goods returns with its second collection of Offcuts Bottle Bags.
