WTAPS Revamps Traditional Military Designs With Latest Modular Jackets
Complete with 10 flap pockets.

Fresh off its FW19 showcase, Tetsu Nishiyama‘s stalwart label WTAPS is back to highlight its latest revamp of one of its signature pieces – the Modular Jacket.
Modeled after traditional military silhouettes, like the M-51 or M-43, WTAPS’ Modular Jacket has seen a number of iterations over the years, with each one characterized by its bold multi-pocket construction and weighty cotton build. The latest piece comes with 10 flap pockets that cover the arms, chest, body and torso, complemented by a bevy of D-rings and patterned velcro patches. Coming with long ripstop pulls, the piece sees a two-way central zip closure as well as a packable hood at the collar. As a finishing note, subtle “WTAPS” branding at the torso and adjustable velcro cuffs round up the utilitarian piece.
The WTAPS Modular Jacket is currently available at wtaps.com in the colors “Olive Drab” and “Black” for approximately $563 USD.
