MCA Chicago Drops More Virgil Abloh-Designed "Figures of Speech" T-Shirts
The three colorways include black, white, and lime green.
Continuing with its bevy of already-released drops, MCA Chicago has just released three more Virgil Abloh-designed t-shirts as part of his “Figures of Speech” exhibition at the museum. Offered up in three different colorways, the black t-shirt is vastly different from the lime green and white options, which utilize the same back graphic.
The black Million Things T-Shirt remains a flippant spin on the concept of a hyperbole, loudly doused with a “I have a million things to do today” quotation in eye-catching red and orange on the front. As can be expected from Abloh, he further takes the concept to its extreme by placing a plethora of vibrant graphics throughout. Exhibition information has been placed on the front in bold white typography, whereas the back don a multicolored graphic. The white t-shirt sees an “FOS” logo graphic on the front left chest, with an architectural schematic printed in multicolor on the rear. The lime green t-shirt follows a similar suit, whereby the front “FOS” logo graphic has been enlarged and centered, with the same graphic marking the rear in black.
You can take a look at the newly released Virgil Abloh x MCA Chicago FOS T-Shirts in the gallery above. They are currently available via the museum’s web store for $67 USD.
