Rick Owens' Scaly Silver Boots Arrive Just in Time for the Fall Season

Rick Owens has been on a roll when it comes to fashion-forward footwear this season — take for example the nine-inched heel men’s Kiss boots, which would allow anyone to tower almost everybody else. The design is crafted from Pirarucu fish leather which has been treated in silver coloring. While the surface looks very reptilian, the construction is really from actual fish scale. Furthermore, the boots boast a 1.7-inch heel, flat square toes, visible stitchings and pull tabs on the back to help ensure a secure fit. Elastic side panels also help you get into them effortlessly.
