DaBaby Takes Charge as One of Hip-Hop's Trailblazers in New Album 'KIRK'
Featuring Chance the Rapper, Migos, Gucci Mane, Kevin Gates & more.

DaBaby has dropped off his latest full-length project, KIRK. As the 2019 XXL Freshman wraps up one hell of a successful year — signing to Interscope Records in January, releasing his debut album, Baby on Baby, in March, and appearing in tracks alongside Post Malone, Offset, and many more. On his sophomore album, the prolific upstart returns to his roots and pays homage to his family and upbringing. He continues this homage by using his surname as the record’s title, along with a photo of him and his late father as the cover.
Tagging the likes of Chance the Rapper, Kevin Gates, Nicki Minaj, Gucci Mane and Migos for guest appearances, the 13-track record is evidence of his ability to keep up with those who came before him, demonstrating that he’s more than capable of curating the new wave of rap. The power of his cut-throat flow and authentically-aligned storytelling pushes him as one of the game’s trailblazers, and as his familial ties continue to keep his feet on the ground, DaBaby is going nowhere but up.
