BAPE’s Rolex-inspired BAPEX timepiece series has just dropped a heavy-weight option for that back-to-school season.

The coveted Type 1 BAPEX timepiece has been dressed in an all-over gold tone from its watch face to the band. The dial has been embellished with fake diamonds, while the watch’s face also sees the cubic zirconia pieces taking the spot of each hour. The piece also includes a date sub-dial, A Bathing Ape’s highly recognizable Ape Head insignia at the 12 o’clock position, and glow-in-the-dark features on the watch’s face.

Only 50 pieces of BAPE’s Type 1 BAPEX Gold have been made and each boasts its individual number on the back. The watch is available at BAPE locations now for ¥69,800 JPY +taxes (approximately $656 USD).

BAPE has also released matching Ape Head rings in both a gold and silver colorway option, which can be seen below.

For more on the label, BAPE once again teamed up with PUBG for an apparel capsule and in-game items.
