1017 ALYX 9SM Debuts Tokyo Pop-Up at RESTIR
With the arrival of two exclusive tees.
Matthew Williams’ 1017 ALYX 9SM has launched its first Tokyo pop-up in partnership with boutique RESTIR. The temporary location showcases items from the technical streetwear brand’s recent “Ex Nihilo” collection which released last week. Housed in a metal cage featuring Ikebana arranged by Haruka Hirata of Big Love Records, the pop-up also includes two exclusive tees available through RESTIR. The black long-sleeve tee is an extension of the “Ex Nihilo” project by artists Daniel Shea and OK-RM for 1017 ALYX 9SM and features artwork titled “DE14-ES09.” The short-sleeved tee features ALYX’s seasonal camo hand treatment and Nike’s Dri-Fit technology, highlighting the ongoing collaboration between the brands.
Both items are available now at RESTIR’s Tokyo boutique and online.
