Vetements Unveils Bold Tongue-in-Cheek Birthday Hoodie

After dropping its Neon Puffer Jackets a few weeks ago, Vetements has unveiled a hoodie emblazoned with a tongue-in-cheek message in line with the label’s self-reflexive ethos.
Made with an oversized fit, the hoodie reads “It’s my birthday and all I got was this overpriced hoodie” at the front. The sentence is broken off in separate lines rich in colorful hues of pink, red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple. Each line boasts a unique typeface that complements the shape of the previous line. “FROM VETEMENTS” is placed at the bottom of the print, while other details like a kangaroo pocket at the waist and drawstrings at the hood top off the piece.
