Back in January, Vans released a vibrant set of Era and Slip-On silhouettes as part of its “Patchwork” pack. A newly updated rendition of the pack has just arrived, this time using a variety of different textiles for a distinctively rugged look.

The pack was developed exclusively by Japanese retailer BILLY’s and reworks both the Classic Slip-On and Era models. Incorporating a series of colorful fabrics, things like silver leather, tartan checks, bright blue pinstripe swatches and black and white checks in soft pony hair have been added to the uppers. Apart from the aforementioned patterns, the Slip-On sees vivid tie-dyes along the forefoot, while the Eras come with premium suede at the vamp and toe box in alternating colors of blue and cream white. As a bonus detail, both silhouettes are playfully given mismatching colors at the outsoles: red on one foot and blue on the other.

The Vans “Patchwork” Pack is excusively available at billys-tokyo.net for $101 USD.

Elsewhere, The North Face Japan has unveiled its GORE-TEX Sock Sneakers.
