Snoh Aalegra's '-Ugh, those feels again' Beautifully Expresses the Highs & Lows of Love
A follow-up to her debut album, ‘FEELS.’
Whether she’s singing about a “Situationship” or toying with conflicting feelings on “I Want You Around,” Snoh Aalegra beautifully recaps the rollercoaster ride of love in her highly-anticipated new album, -Ugh, those feels again. The 14-track LP was composed by the Iranian-Swedish artist herself, alongside American songwriter Harold Lilly, and serves as a seamless follow-up to her debut project, FEELS.
Producer credits include No I.D., D-Mile and Doctor O, who helped put together the smooth compilation of R&B sounds. Aalegra goes deep in “Find Someone Like You,” expressing how she’s been waiting her whole life for the right person and wants it to “last forever” as a rhythmic piano beat makes for an up-tempo soundtrack. She presses her partner for answers in “Toronto,” indicating that it’s time for the relationship to go to a new romantic level. The Artium/Kobalt artist will soon hit Europe for a limited-series of tour dates. She’ll start off in Stockholm on September 13 and wrap up in London on September 24. Visit Snohaalegra.com for information on tickets.
