KAWS' 'Beautiful Losers' Poster from 2004 Gets an Online Release

Cutting-edge contemporary art gallery, Jonathan LeVine Projects, recently received a collection of posters by KAWS from the Beautiful Losers archive. The artwork was made back in 2004 to commemorate the landmark “Beautiful Losers” exhibition at the Contemporary Art Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. The piece was only made available on-site at the inaugural presentation.
This poster release signals the start of upcoming launches from the gallery that is slated to purvey “many rare and hard to find works from the Beautiful Losers archive,” as per the gallery. The poster will launch on Jonathan LeVine Projects’ online shop this August 13 at 12 p.m. EST. Pricing details have yet to be confirmed.
Elsewhere in art, multidisciplinary artist Benjamin Shine unveiled a massive net-like sculpture portraying a human face.
