Blackmerle Creates Bomber Jacket That Converts into a Messenger Bag

Blackmerle has just released an inventive take on the classic bomber jacket. The convertible nylon jacket’s main feature can be found at the sleeve, where it can be removed to serve another purpose as a messenger bag. The messenger bag sees an adjustable webbing shoulder strap, rubberized shoulder pad, and lanyard-clasp fastening. The entire front of the bag features large pockets that mimic that of the iconic “Pen” pocket found on the MA-1 sleeve.
The jacket itself is elevated with sherpa lining, a detachable cotton nylon-blend hood, welt pockets at the waist, gunmetal hardware, and Velcro strap and bungee drawstring detailing.
