The North Face Launches "Heritage" Series in Time for Back-To-School
The “Back to Campus” collection is packed with vintage outdoorsy inspiration.

The North Face is prepping a new range of student-friendly essentials just in time for the back-to-school season. Part of the company’s new Heritage series, the “Back to Campus” goods include layering pieces and accessories alike, taking cues from The North Face’s rich heritage and archives.
Inspired by The North Face’s signature Mountain Jacket, the new Wind Jacket is the centerpiece of the collection, with WindWall lining that fights seasonal chill without sacrificing breathability. Various options are available to layer underneath, including cropped women’s sweaters, relaxed fit T-shirts crafted from FlashDry cotton and flexible Jogger Pants for men and Wide Leg pants for women.
Function-driven footwear is also on hand: the Trail Escape Crest hiking shoes update a throwback footwear model with a streamlined shape, EVA midsole and rugged EXTS outsole ideal for a range of seasonal escapades. Meanwhile, a host of bags — including the Ruthsac Backpack and Tote Pack — sport versatile colors for easy styling and sturdy construction to encourage all-purpose storage.
Expect the new Heritage series items to begin rolling out at The North Face’s web store and stores shortly.
