The heritage Italian brand enlisted the Hood By Air founder to design its A.G.E. division in 2018, and for this season Oliver revisits the label’s archives to unearth and reinvent functional garments with a contemporary vision in mind.
Oliver has added zips, exposed seams, rubberized patches, drawstrings, technical hoods and more Throughout the FW19/20 collection. Standout pieces include the puffy black Gillet, which is worn with a pair of technical black and 3M ski suit overalls, as well as the exaggeration black and grey ski jacket. There are subtler pieces on offer too, such as the red jacket featuring a black utility vest-like attachment and accompanying red sweatpants.
One of the most notable looks in the Colmar A.G.E. by Shayne Oliver lookbook is a pair of ballooned black and 3M trousers worn with a red and 3M-panel jacket, which sports a circular Colmar badge on the arm. Take a look at the progressive collection in the cowboy-indebted lookbook above and keep an eye on retailers such as SSENSE for the drop later this year.
In other news, Nike and Stone Island have collaborated on a technical golf collection.
