UPDATE (October 17, 2019): With Reese Forbes telling in the video interview above that he’ll be leading Supreme’s rumored San Francisco store, Supreme has now further hinted at an SF presence with a new skate clip. The William Strobeck-shot vid, sees ‘Preme skate team members Sean Pablo, Tyshawn Jones, Aidan Mackey and more executing tricks in the Bay Area with the geotag location of the Instagram post reading, San Francisco, California. A potential SF store has been much-buzzed-about in the last year or so and this unassuming social media content could be clue to an actual outpost opening in North California.

ORIGINAL STORY (July 12, 2019):
During a recent episode of The Nine Club With Chris Richards, pro-skateboarder Reese Forbes announced that he would become store manager for the upcoming Supreme San Francisco branch.

Speaking about his new role (at around the 1:24:20 mark in the video above) Forbes said he spent the last 10 months preparing to run the upcoming Supreme store in San Francisco, flying around to the different branches and working at them. “They’re opening in the fall in S.F. They’ve been doing a lot to get the store ready. We’ll see what happens,” said Forbes. “We kind of called each other. It just happened. I’ve been observing. I’ve been a fan for a long time.”

The new location was announced in April 2018, when the brand sent out invites for a meet-up with its new neighbors. Later in December, sources reported that the Supreme San Francisco store would cover 10,000 square-feet and be located at Market at Sixth, right around the corner from the Thrasher retail store. It’s now said that the branch will finally open later this year during the FW19 season.

Elsewhere in fashion, Billie Eilish has offered a look inside her massive tour closet during an interview with HYPEBAE.
